Story Line Revision

Once upon a time,
there was a little girl named Jackie.  She played the violin, and didn’t like it.  Jackie’s Mom made her play the violin because she knew what was best for her.  She was in an orchestra, and every so often they would have a concert.  Against Jackie’s will, she would have to attend these concerts and perform.   One day Alexa, her best friend, invited her to come over and spy on the cute neighbor boy.  Jackie ran to ask her Mom for permission, but there was a concert that day and her mom said she must go.  Sulking, Jackie went and got ready.  When she arrived, another orchestra was playing so she had to wait an hour before going on stage.  Jackie and all the people in her orchestra went into the gym to pass the time.   They were all told by their super nice instructor Mrs. Macky, who was also Jackie’s private violin teacher, to practice their pieces.  Jackie and her friend Betsy didn’t want to practice.  As soon as the Mrs. Macky left the room, Jackie and Betsy started running around sword fighting with their violin bows.  Mrs. Macky entered the room yelling at the two girls to stop.  This startled Jackie.  She tripped over a music stand and flew towards Mrs. Macky with her violin bow in hand.  The bow stabbed Mrs. Macky straight in the eye, and Jackie fell to the floor.  Everyone was silent, except Mrs. Macky who started screaming while blood streamed down her face.  Jackie was very very shaken and sorry; she didn’t know what to do, so she kept apologizing.  Mrs. Macky just kept screaming.   Another instructor heard the commotion and ran into the room.  Realizing what had happened she took Mrs. Macky to the hospital.  Jackie and her orchestra still had to play in the concert.  Jackie felt terrible, and was very embarrassed for not listening.  From that day on she never saw Mrs. Macky again and never told a soul what happened, but she did from then on do what she was told.
The End.
